Meet Our Health Care Providers

Traci Allen is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years experience in the medical field providing care in hospitals and various clinical environments. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1999 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2007. Traci has a clinical background in Critical Care, Long-Term Acute Care, Rural Health, Retail Health, Urgent Care and Family Practice.

Traci holds Bachelor’s & Master’s of Science Degrees in Nursing from Spalding University. She is nationally-board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Traci is passionate about providing high quality, efficient & compassionate care to individuals with limited access to health care.


Tiffany Bell obtained her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from Baptist College of Health Sciences in Memphis, TN and her Master’s of Nursing degree from Loyola University New Orleans.  Tiffany embraces the role of a nurse practitioner as an opportunity to empower individuals with health care education and to coordinate community and hospital-wide health and wellness programs.  As a Family Nurse Practitioner, her experiences include urgent, family and primary care as well as managing acutely and chronically ill inmates in Jefferson and Lafourche Parish Correctional/Detention Centers. 


Branden Bledsoe obtained his Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from Bellarmine University in 2008 and in 2011 his Master's of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Branden was a trauma ICU nurse at the University of Louisville Hospital for two years before joining the MD2U team. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, running and anything outside.


Barb Carpenter has been and APRN since 1998. She holds a post masters degree and is a five time Nationally Certified Provider. Her main area of focus is oncology. Barb enjoys spending time with her family, working out and traveling.


Marylynn Crenshaw graduated with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 1992 from East Tennessee State University. In 1995 she received a master's degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. Marylynn has career experience in pulminology/sleep practice, primary care, and long term care. Her personal commitment and hope is to share her love of people through her work.


Yolanda Cockerham obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing from William Carey College and her Master’s from Loyola University New Orleans.  Her nursing career spans the areas of Urology Research, Rehabilitation, Medical-Surgical Nursing, clinical adjunct instructor, and home health visits.  As a Family Nurse Practitioner, her duties include taking care of the needs of both children and adults. This care encompasses both school based and community rural clinics in East Feliciana and West Baton Rouge Parishes. 


Shan Feitelson is a Family Nurse Practitioner who received her Masters of Nursing degree from Bellarmine University in 2010.  Prior to joining MD2U, she worked for 11 years as a Registered Nurse at a trauma hospital.  She is currently serving MD2U patients in the Louisville, KY area. 









Nikki Mann holds a  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis (USF) and  a Master’s degree in Nursing from Saint Louis University with a Nurse Practitioner focus in the care of older adults. Nikki has worked in the health care field since 2001, working in various nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Fort Wayne and Markle.  Throughout her nursing career she has also served as a nursing instructor for both USF and Indiana/Purdue University Fort Wayne.


Kathy Nauert has been a nurse for 19 years. During the first 2 years she worked in long term care. She then worked on a medical-surgical oncology unit for 17 years. For the past 5 years she also worked as an infusion nurse. She completed the BSN and MSN Nursing Program at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2005-2010. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, lounging by the pool, cooking out and watching movies.


Debbie Onan holds a Registered Nursing degree from Middle Tennessee State University as well as Masters in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Ball State University. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rocky Mountain University. Debbie has a passion for patient care and experience working in both primary care and family practice. In 2006, she was named Practitioner of the Year by the American Academy Home Care Physicians.

In her spare time, Debbie enjoys riding horses, hiking, caving, going to the beach, swimming, dancing and spending quality time with family and friends.


Melissa received her BA in Biology from Bellarmine University in 1996 and her Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Midwestern University in 2003. She has six years experience in obstetrics/gynecology and has been with MD2U for three years. Melissa loves to travel, spend time with her family and running marathons.


Stephen Roller holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing and a Master's of Science degree from Ohio State University. Since graduating in 2009, Stephen worked as a family nurse practitioner  in a community health center in Butler County, Ohio.


Jason Runyan holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville. His Nurse Practitioner experience includes wound care, neurosurgery, family practice, and most recently, urgent care. Jason has worked for MD2U since 2007 and is currently the Field Operations Manager.  He is passionate about the MD2U mission statement and takes pride in helping and advocating for his patients.



 

Ellen Thomson graduated from Georgetown University a BSN and from Saint Louis University a MSN in Adult medicine. Ellen has experience as an RN as a charge nurse on an acute psychiatric unit and also in critical care. As an NP Ellen has worked in internal medicine, geriatrics, and palliative care. She is glad to have the opportunity to provide holistic health care that addresses psychosocial and physical well being.
